We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your digital item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your digital product must not have been successfully activated, accessed, or downloaded, OR it must not work as described. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, just go to our Contact Page and tell us the exact issue so we can begin the refund/inspection process.

Damages and Issues

Please check your digital order immediately after receiving it and contact us right away if:

  • The activation key doesn’t work
  • The download link is invalid
  • You received the wrong product
  • The software does not function as described

This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and make it right.

If you are experiencing errors, please send us screenshots or a short video, so we can verify the problem and resolve it for you as fast as possible.

Exchanges

Since these are digital products, exchanges work differently.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a refund, and once approved, simply place a new order for the correct product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your refund request and let you know if it was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method.
Please remember it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
